Its location was indeed unbeatable, close to a port. All personal was EASY GOING from cleaners to receptionists.

The property is clean and the staff is very very nice from cleaners to receptionists. Location is marvellous - within walking distance to Public. And it's in a busy area really close to the centre of all the life restaurants bars clubs shops as well as the harbour & restaurants.

It was a very relaxing stay by 2 more nights: excellent location and excellent staff. We loved its views of the cathedral. There was a beautiful restaurant on the way.

I appreciated the place, it was beautiful and clean and had perfect location not far from 7a.m. By the bells of the church, and central Chania. The staff were all easy going and best, from cleaners to receptionists. Everything was simply very good.

Everything here felt really good, it was a lovely stay by 2 nights. Easygoing and helpful staff, gave us all the info. It was unbeatable and nice near the port.

Staff are best, from cleaners to receptionists. Its location is incredible, around 10-15 minutes walk from Old Venetian Harbor. Not to mention that it is located to the harbour & restaurants.
The bathroom here is very small.

The rooms were lovely and the beds were very comfy, ensuring a good night's sleep. The cleanliness was excellent and the bathroom had a cool and modern design. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, close to bustling cafes, restaurants, and the old harbor. It was also just a short walk to the beach, making it convenient for leisurely strolls and enjoying the ocean view.
One drawback was the early morning noise caused by suppliers unloading their goods, disrupting our sleep. the reception desk lacked knowledge about the surrounding area, which led to some confusion with traffic and one-way streets.

The location of Vranas Ambiance was absolutely perfect for exploring the Historic Old Town of Hania. We loved being right in the center of everything, with top-level shops and restaurants just steps away. Plus, the view from our balcony overlooking the square was simply delightful. The room itself was clean and nice, with a newly renovated bathroom that was of excellent quality.

From start to finish - a such great experience by 2 nights. In general polite staff. Stunning and incredible setting, really close to Chania, great restaurants, and the center. Btw, located in the centre of the old town.

great location, walking distance to old harbour, bustling cafes and restaurants nearby. Spacious room with all necessary amenities. Host was welcoming and stayed up late for our arrival. Second time staying here and exceeded expectations.
No tea or coffee available in the room.
